Just yesterday a local farmer came round and admired the new litter of purebred kelpie pups at our place,great working dogs ,very intelligent and fun to work with.when i told him the price of a pup,he didnt think he could afford it,but he came in anyway for a cup of tea.As we chatted he looked around the room and spotted a couple of banjos,and a crafty look came over his face."i got an old banjo at home,want to swap it for one of them pups?"
maybe ,i said,what is it? "i dunno mate but youre welcome to it if you give me a pup"
I thought about it,then agreed,expecting the banjo to be nothing special.He finished his cuppa ,took the pup and left.
this morning i went out for a bit,came home and found a banjo wrapped in an old horse blanket on the porch.
Unwrapped,it turned out to be a lovely old Stewart 20th century!i rang the bloke and told him that the banjo was a lot better than i expected,was he sure about the deal? He said "no worries,he loved the pup,and he was happy if i was"
So,i still got 3 pups left,anyone else out there want to trade.?

What a lovely story, sorry I don't need a pup.
Reading what Banjo's you have already, 3 more pups and 3 more banjo's what else can someone ask for .

Hi ladybird,yep,i got too many banjos,and no living relatives to leave em to when my earthly trials is over(to qoute Doc Boggs)so am going to sell some to Richard Best(!!!????)just kidding.
