Pretty much .... I'd say I'd write about this someday but there will be *so* many homeless soon that it won't be anything that's a stand out.
But at least I won't be like those "pros" out there .... got into a "discussion" with a "professional" panhandler yesterday .... guy thinks he owns the Mollie Stone's parking lot in Palo Alto, and he was mad because a lady gave me money and according to him didn't give him anything. Well, I turned his argument on its head, saying he should go and read that *lady* the riot act, that she was very rude to not give him money etc etc etc poor breeding and bad manners etc yadda yadda ....
Those pros kind of annoy me .... wouldn't a person get tired of being a panhandler? I know I sure am. And what's more important, it's BORING. The same old thing .... not progressive like musicianship, or learning to twist balloons or something where you're DOING something for your dime.
