The searrch is over. After months of scanning the BHO classifieds and Zepp's site and everywhere else I can think of for the right banjo, I've decided. I contacted Greg Galbreath at Buckeye Banjo (http://www.buckeyebanjos.com/) and I'm having him bjuild ab banjo for me. His banjos are absolutly beatiful and he has a great reputation.
Now, the waiting begins....
I'll post pics as soon as they are available - promise!

I'm a Buckeye banjo owner. Greg made a12" WL with a walnut neck for me earlier this year. You cannot go wrong with Greg's stuff. Superb workmanship and sound. Plus, he's just a swell guy. You are going to love your new banjo.

Thanks for the encouragement. I am getting a 12" with the standard brass rod tone ring. I've selected some modest inlay. What can I say I like abalone. So I just got the first photos of the neck wood and I am really excited! This going to be a long wait.
I should put the pics up on the site.
