Expecting a long dimly lit hallway, I am surprised to find radiant light just beyond the opening of the door. There was a time when dread filled my thoughts for I imagined I would be so very alone. Such a comfort to see familiar faces and hear the voices that rekindle warm memories from long ago chapters.
There is such emotion rushing toward my head. It is as if a mighty river were released at once. There is no fear. No troubling thoughts to cloud my mind. I couldn't have realized such clarity existed save for the fact that I see it myself.
I seem to have lost track of time or has time lost track of me? Either way it is of no concern because there is no pressure felt to be here nor there. Only the feeling of being in the right place. The perfect place where all elements have come together at once not as part of but as the sum of completeness. So satisfied is the longing for home that the feeling to return to any other place never enters my mind.
There are new songs to be sung and many instruments await the playing of tunes not heard before, consisting of a never ending number of notes that design the most moving melodies. Won't you sit with me and take it all in? This is where we belong.

A wonderful moment of poetry. Thank you, this is beautifully written. I hope my reply can move you as much as this moved me. A simple thank you from anybody would be enough, but would it suffice?
Come and sit with me and pick banjo.
