Free bluegrass concert Monday night, April 7, 7 p.m. in Westmoreland, TN, near Scottsville, Ky. Stars Jesse McReynolds, Opry mandolin master, and Gary Reece, banjo, with New Foundation. No ticket fees, but it's held in Cathy's cafe so come early and buy dinner. Westmoreland is 20 miles east of I-65 at state line.
