January 19: Seattle, WA: Bill Evans and Megan Lynch take over Dusty Strings for a day! Bill presents two bluegrass banjo workshops at Dusty Strings, 3406 Fremont Ave. N, along with an evening concert with Megan Lynch. The Secrets of Great Bluegrass Banjo Backup, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and How To Work Up Great Bluegrass Banjo Solos, 1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m. $40 for one workshop or $70 for two. January 20: Bellingham, WA, Bill Evans and Megan Lynch in concert at Nancy's Farm, 2030 E. Smith Road, 98226. Showtime is 2 p.m. Suggested donation $8 to $12. For further information, phone 360-966-4640. Reservations recommended.
