If anyone would've told me back in the Spring of 2019 that in 2020 I'd become a hermit because of a pandemic,I seriously would've thought they were a little off the beam. But- here I am,being blessed to have been able to stay home during this once in a lifetime pandemic safe and sound.
About a year ago was my last dining out with a couple of friends. We didn't know that at the time. We had, with some hesitation, decided to go to one of our fave eateries which was usually packed to the gills on a Saturday. This time, only 3 tables were taken. My jaw dropped. We had a wonderful lunch, tho we were hoping we weren't doing something stupid. The 1st Southern California lockdown happened the very next day. None of us caught anything, thankfully!
At any rate,I know this is still a difficult time for a lot of us,tho there's light at the end of the tunnel now where there was just limbo before. But in the meantime,we still need to socially distance as much as possible and find ways to take up the time in a joyful way. That being said,
I'm still offering Zoom classes in the following: Beginning Bluegrass Banjo, Bluegrass ukulele, and Bluegrass Irish Tenor Banjo. (Yes,Virginia, you can play Bluegrass and Old Time on a Irish Tenor Banjo!) Contact me for details. And happy St Patty's Day to those who celebrate!
