Can't believe that its almost March 2021 & boy am I ever behind on my website & newsletter--don't know about you--but even though we are thankful to be safe and healthy during this pandemic--I really really miss live shows and sharing new tunes & festivals.
Here is a quick little video with a couple tips for folks new to taping short videos on their cell phones . More and more folks are taping themselves from home--so hope you will enjoy a couple tips. Not hollywood--but a little fun stuff to spice up your playing.
I'm still getting email from festivals & gigs I was suppose to play live last year that were cancelled in 2020 & so far--the 2021 Florida Folk Festival will be virtual again in May--just heard last week.
2021 Gebhard Woods Festival in JUne are still holding between live & virtual
2021 Walnut Valley in September are watching & haven't made a call yet
2021 Priceless Festival in July--haven't heard a call yet
2021 North Georgia Foothill Dulcimer Association Festival In November--is definitely virtual this year & I'll be teaching some mountain dulcimer & clawhammer banjo workshops over Zoom this year--TBA on my website later this year.
