So i am a beginner trying to teach myself banjo. I've taken some lessons but would like some input on easy songs to learn. Already know Cripple Creek, Banjo in the Holler and Bile them Cabbage and working on Bill Nesbitt BlackBerry Blossom. What else is good for a beginner?

Nearly any bluegrass vocal is fairly easy for a beginner to learn because it has a melody and if you can hear the melody, it's easier to play. There are lots and lots of tabs in our tab archive and most have whether they are beginner, intermediate or advanced so you won't download something that's too advanced for where you are in your picking right now. Feel free to browse and download any you wish, they are all free. You will need the correct software to download, play and print the tabs and most software can be located here: banjohangout.org/w/links/brows...byid/v/37
If you're playing by ear instead of tab, listen to the melody, get it in your head, pick it out on your banjo and then add rolls, slides, hammers, etc.
