My name is Henry Volk III. Hank Volk, of the Henry J. Banjo Shop, is my father. I wanted to give y'all an update on Hank and let you know about a project I am spearheading to catalog his work. Hank is alive and well. He closed the shop several years ago due to health complications and has relocated to North Carolina to enjoy his retirement.
Unfortunately, dad did not stamp his rims and resonators with a logo and serial number. Because of this, I am starting a catalog of his work. If you have a Hank Volk rim and/or resonator, I would greatly appreciate it if you would participate in this project. To participate, just send me a picture of the component Hank made for you. I have a pretty good eye for his work, but I will verify the rim/resonator with Hank. Once Hank verifies that the product is his, I will send you a certificate and a small label with a serial number to attach to inside of the rim/resonator. Your component alongside the assigned serial will then be added to catalog.
If you'd like to participate in this project, you can reach me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
