At the end of this coming Spring semester (and my last), I plan to begin building full time. College has taken most of my time and concentration, resulting in my getting behind with orders. I appreciate those that have been patient enough to wait knowing this fact.
At this time, I still have several to complete, with a few that were requested over a year ago. I know that with this lapse of time, the potential, whether forgetting about contacting me regarding an order or simply moving on to something else, can occur; it’s the gamble I’ve taken with my turnaround time and with being able to complete them or not. I have no hard feelings towards those that may find themselves under any of these scenarios.
I plan to list other banjos for sale as I complete them (while I work on confirmed orders) for those that have previously contacted me wanting to buy one without any specifics or custom work, so it will be a first come first serve basis for those that were and are still interested or anyone else that is interested in purchasing one.
As a final note, I will not be taking on anymore orders starting the beginning of 2019. If and when I complete the backlog that I currently have, I may consider accepting them again, however, I will only be taking on a specific number per year to keep from falling behind as well as to provide a better turnaround time. I will decide on the number once I complete what I have.
A Happy New Year to you and yours,
Noah
