Wrist fatigue/elbow pain meant I had to ease off on a combination of Clawhammer/Table Tennis/Petanque.
With Petanque being my primary hobby I reluctantly put aside the banjo and ping pong bat just under 3 months ago.
Things seem a bit better now so I have picked up the banjo again. It's early days yet. Some tunes are coming back easy with only a quick 5 minutes with the tab, others are taking a bit longer.
One thing I am very pleased about is that the motor skills seem well ingrained and this includes getting up speed. Playing faster is definitely a learned skill needing specific practice I think.
