Hey Folks I'm new here but look forward to interacting online with Y'ALL. Getting to my point, Don Bryant. I Googled Banjo setup and it brought me to this site. I read lots of reviews about Don Bryant here and lo and behold he lives right at my front door. I brought my Rich & Taylor JD Crowe model to Don. I found Don to be a very nice and easy person to talk to. He listened carefully to all the problems I was having with my banjo. About 3- 4 days later he called and said it was ready. He told I would like the it sounded. Next morning I could hardly wait to pick the banjo up. After making a little small tak Don and I went into the shop. He picked the banjo up and stated playing. Let me tell y'all, I was absolutely blown away. I couldn't believe it was my R & T he was playing. The volume, tone and cripsness it had was great. I was like a kid at Christmas when I played it. The action, sound and playability was amazing. It never sounded anywhere close to this when I bought it in 94. I previously had thought about selling it but after Don laid his crafty hands on it there's no way I'll ever let it go. If anyone needs a great banjo setup guy then Don's your man. He went over it with a fine tooth comb and it was more than could have ever hoped for.His prices are very reasonable and he takes great pride in what he does.
