Rejoice Children! The Itsy-Bitsy Spider goes banjo!

Wow! That's a new!

Have you heard "The Itsy-Bitsy Spider" song on clawhammer banjo, and vocal?

Here is the first version:

https://youtu.be/JC_l22DUfWk

The tuning seems unusual, too: it's Double-C but with the capo on the third fret.

Enjoy!

Happy Holidays!

P.S.: There is also another version: fingerpicking on ancient mandolin-banjo (banjo-lute, banjola):

I will post it as separate post

I really like this. Nicely done! I love double-C tuning, too. I'm going to have to figure out how to play it myself.

You have a really nice performing presence. It would be so good for you to play that to children, especially children who have trauma backgrounds or have attachment issues - because that type of presence can be so soothing for them! Even veterans with PTSD could benefit from that type of creative engagement.

Boadicea Dear Kate, thank you for you kind words. So far I do play to my own grandson and am still building repertoire and skills. But I really appreciate your suggestion and will keep it in mind. Merry Christmas!
