I'm continuing to make straps and other music accessories in addition to teaching banjo & mandolin.
On banjo I'm offering Skype lessons in Chicago tuning as well as traditional open G tuning. Chicago tuning is a blessing for those who play guitar or baritone uke as the tuning is pretty much the same. GDGBE. The first string goes up a whole step from traditional Bluegrass tuning. Been experimenting with this and it's working great for 1920's music and some blues.
Mandolin wise I'm offering a new beginner/intermediate Skype course in World music. Especially for those either not into bluegrass or Old Time,or just wanting to widen their horizons by learning beautiful tunes from exotic places like Morocco,Egypt,to places like Australia,Ukraine, and South America.
