I'll be displaying at the Tyson's Corner Sheraton Premiere Hotel on Fri. Feb. 27th and Sat. Feb. 28th of 2015. I'll have several banjos for sale and some other stuff. Check DCBU.org for details.

Hey Geoff, That's great but when will you come back out to Californie?

I might consider it when planes stop crashing and flying becomes a fun adventure again. Highly unlikely. I'd bet more on my driving anywhere I go from now on.

Probably not the way things are going these days, but I'd rather go peacefully in my sleep than crashing into a mountain because of a suicidal pilot.

Ken,
I do miss the beautiful weather in socal and all the great friends I had there. I was born in Ventura in 1943 and I often wonder if that's not where I should be at this stage of my life. Maybe it will happen....

Well Geoff all I can say to that is we all have our hopes and dreams and for me many of mine revolve around my dad who introduced me to my love for banjos and their music when I was a kid growing up in Los Angeles County in the 50s and 60s (I was born in 55 in LA). My dad is with me in my memories and my hart and he lives on in any of the good parts of me which reflect his influence in me. Anyway Geoff, you have brought a lot of joy and pleasure to many of us with your fine instruments and for that I will always be grateful to you. I hope all of your wishes and dreams will indeed come true my friend. Ken PS, thanks for the quick shipment of the replacement parts for my Sunflower you can bet she'll be singin again soon.

Thank you, Ken, for the well wishes. It's been a fun 41 years of playing great music (bluegrass) and meeting lots of very nice people (bluegrass pickers). Not sure how the future will play out, but, I will probably be around to help Stelling banjo owners in any way I can for a few more years. All the best, Geoff
