Now that was a long time, huh?
I had to lay-off the banjo for 12-months which meant I pretty much had to lay off BH for 12 months too - the temptation to pick up my Banjer would have been too great else!
My elbow's not perfect by any means. Indeed, I'm suffering from a bit of 'Golfers Elbow' now - but nothing like as consistent as the Tennis Elbow was before the operation. I ended up with surgeon number 3 - a 3 inch incision and a swathe of tendon removed (along with some bone scraping and a bit of remedial work to stop the hyperextension of the elbow joint) and a lot of physio.
The physio continues but I've finally been allowed to play my Banjo again. Just a few minutes a day to start and after 5 months I'm up to around an hour a day maximum. To be honest, I'd have taken the few minutes a day, so any more than that is 'gravy' as far as I'm concerned.
It's nice to be back on here too... did I miss anything? ;-)
