Just noticed that I haven't posted a BHO blog entry in almost a year. High time time for an update. One of my current favorite string bands in the Pacific Northwest is the Barn Owls from Seattle. Here's a recent video of them in action:

Just been listening to that cd this morning. Wonderful band, and wonderful tunes. Hanna's father just mailed it to me and I'm including a review in the next issue of our Old-Time News magazine here.
