Happy to announce that my band Sugar Pie will be "down under" in late October/early November 2013 in the Melbourne area. Our complete itinerary is not yet complete, but we'll be at the Maldon Festival for sure, and happy to meet up with other Banjo Hangout folks then! I posted a couple of impromptu youtube vids of this band here on the Hangout. We're so excited!

Great news Hilary we look forward to meeting "Sugar Pie' in Oz. Maldon was established in the 1850s around the height of the Victorian gold rushes, and is a National Trust heritage listed town. As you can imagine it is a wonderful place for a festival and in spring the town and surrounding areas are at their peak. Keep us posted on your schedule.
