Spring, summer, fall - time to work in the yard. For the most part my banjo projects will be suspended. I've completed soldering shoes to both bracket bands and I have bent 24 hooks from stainless steel. I have threaded eight of them, and will thread the remaining hooks in my sparest of spare time.
With the building suspended, I find I devote more time to playing. I've almost mastered "Lost Gander" and I'm working up a version of "The Cuckoo Bird" which, I have found, is a much different tune than "The Cuckoo's Nest."
