I got my banjo back. The company cleaning my stuff decided that they would do the banjo first. They clearly "get it". Now, I have two banjoes, which i guess is a good problem to have.
So, last night, I got to pull out MY banjo and tune it up. I don't know what it took to clean it, but it obviously involved rotating the tuning pegs a bit.
Anyway, I was just going to spend a minute before bed tuning it up, but I couldn't put it down. An hour later, I was still trying to talk myself into going to bed. I missed my banjo. It was quite the reunion. And everything felt so much more "right". I don't mind the new banjo. It's a good one. But, my banjo and I just get along so well.
So happy to be back with my banjo.:) :) :)

I am so happy. And I have been working through the tabs you sent me. Have you ever done the "You are my sunshine" one? It seems like it ends abruptly. Am I playing it wrong?

I don't notice a problem when I played that. The lyrics end at the brush, then there's 8 or so notes after to wind out to the 1&5 pinch to end the song. I resent the tab via email for you to read incase the one I sent originally was missing a page or something...call it computer error (can't be operator error....)...

Indeed. I was missing some. Hahaha. Sad that it took me a few plays before I realized something was wrong. But the part I had was my new favorite version. Easy and sounds good. Thanks for the complete copy! I am a happy camper now!
