Im on the search for a clip on banjo mic. Ive used most of the ( stick on the head ) type pick-ups. They do amplify the banjo and they will go as loud as you need it too but I just cant find one that doesn't make my banjo sound like a tin can. Anybody out there use a clip on type mic or has anyone had any experience building a small clip on devise to hold just a regular mic ? I see various designs of ( made for banjo ) mics at Banjo.com , but before I get one I thought I would check with other folks to see how they have worked for them.
