A week delay due to a family emergency I had my first lesson today.... we worked on placement of the right hand, posture, the basics... several types of rolls and the next thing you know almost 2 hours was gone, I figured 30 minutes tops.... Jason made if fun, found how I learn best and used it... Some homework, practice everything we did today, the more I work the better I will get... I am pumped!!!! Next week we work on a couple of songs and polish what we covered this week.... oh yeah this is a great thing and so much fun. I came home and went over everything again.

Great!! Keep it up. The main thing never to forget is you want to have fun. When you do you learn a lot faster and get into playing a whole lot more. Don't go too fast. It will take time to play like the other players you admire. Be encouraged that one day someone will learn from you also, so share your growth with us all and...........
Keep on Pickin !!

So glad it went well. And I'm so envious you get a lesson every week and for so long! Awesome.
