I admit it. I've been a little distracted recently. Not much Banjo playing going on due to acquiring a new Nikon Camera and a couple of lenses, so I've been indulging that passion a little more.
On the upside my practice has been more focused on learning a couple of new tunes and refining some less than perfect ones - so that's good.
It appears that after my last set of injections in my elbow, some 10 weeks ago, my Tennis Elbow appears to have largely abated (praise be!) That's just the 18 months to get to the everyday pain-free stage, then. I'm just thankful that it seems to be ebbing away, and I'm keeping the physio exercise going to keep it at bay (fingers crossed)
I'm sure once the shine wears of the photography, I'll be practicing more again, but what the heck, and mans gotta have a hobby, right? Just happens I've got 2!
