This past weekend My band played the Harvest Sun Festival in Kelwood Manitoba, the weekend before was Trout Forest Festival in Ear Falls Ontario, both weekends it rained cats n` dogs. Thank heavens I bought an RV, alot of the other performers and just people in general were in tents. The rains didn`t dampen peoples spirits but the numbers were down for attendance. The Banjos & Fiddles workshop I hosted went over very well and many people told me it was the highlite of their festival. Both festivals supplied the performers with outstanding food, but Trout was un-real!! Met alot of great folks too. One more to go The Rocklake Hoe Down on the 29th, I`m gonna pray for some sunshine, every weekend can`t be rainy!
