I`m going to my 1st ever Banjo Workshop, and I`m the host! My band is performing at The Trout Forest Music Festival August 7-9 in Ear Falls Ontario cdn. and they have signed me up to host "Banjos & Fiddles" a workshop on saturday night at 7pm at the Tavern stage. Should be fun but I`ve never even been to one before! My fiddle player Matthew Contois will be in it as well as The Magnificent 7`s Chris, TJ, and Andy, also from Oh My Darling clawhammer banjo player Allison De Groot, and fiddler Rosyln Disslet. Next Friday I will be at the Winnipeg Folk Festival where I will be Interviewing Del McCoury and enjoying their show. Tomorrow it`s off to the cabin for some fun in the sun, and lots of Banjo!
