I have recently started running again and have bought an mp3 player
I need some new music similar to Leftover Salmon, Railroad Earth Etc.etc.
Any ideas?

Infamous stringdusters can verge on Newgrass. Buy 'Fork in the Road'. Excellent CD. Also Newgrass Revival 1st album with Courtney Johnson on banjo. Hard to beat that one.
