Here is the Classic Rag we all try to learn on the Guitar. Michael and I worked on this full 4 part Rag for two years....Jack p.s. Michael did most of the heavy lifting as He is a genius with Exact Rag Form...

That is an excellent arrangement! I have spent a lot of time (during a half century) trying to make playabe arrangements of The Enertertainer, Maple Leaf Rag and some other ragtimes - both on guitar and banjo, but I always gave up after two parts. I do like this arrangement, it still has this old ragtime piano flavor, and still sounds good on guitar.

Thanks so much Jan,
I'll attach a few more rags that I've tried to do my best on. Dave Van Ronk showed me his version of the Maple Leaf Rag but I'm not sure it has all 4 parts but I'll add them if not....Jack

What a nice arrangement! I'm afraid my old hands may not be up to the task.

Hi David,
I'm with you all the way. My hands have taken a beating over the last 5 years with Dystonia and scar tissue. I can still play but it's certainly like I used to play which was at least competent....But ever onward I guess....Happy Summer David....jack
