It's a Lyon & Healy product of some variety. Some parts from this era apparently came from Slingerland but the tension hoop with lugs that enter at the sides is distinct to L&H.

Jimmy--the similarities between your banjo and the one posted by Noah are the shape of the headstock, identical inlay in the headstock similar inlays in the fingerboard, and method of hook attachment to the tension hoop. Yours is an open-back 5-string banjo, Noah's is a tenor banjo with a resonator.
Stick your banjo in Facebook Marketplace at $800 and be willing to come down as low as $500.
