Folks may remember Walt from the band "Bottle Hill" of the early 1970's. I remember them at the 1972 Philadelphia Folk Festival doing "Harold's Super Service" on the main stage in-between setting up for the main show.
It's been about 35 years (maybe more?) since I last saw him. Good to see he's still out there...!

Walt became my friend, and I his, the first time we met. Years ago. He has all the makings of a fine human being. Honest, forthright, kind, caring, compassionate, and more positives than I know how to list. Furthermore, he invests his effort in bringing out those characteristics in others. It'll be a few more weeks before I see him, but he will renew my life and my faith in humanity once again.
And he's a top-notch musician who plays and performs solo, or with any group. My music app is loaded with Walt.
Thanks for posting this. It made my morning.

I didn't get to chat him up at all really, but he seemed like a real nice guy at the festival. He certainly is one talented musician and also brings them along with him too.
I'm glad to have given you a good start to your day.
let Walt know the video guy from Berks Fiddle Fest said he put on a great set and I thoroughly enjoy when I get to editing one of his videos because I know it's going to sound and be awesome.
