I remember that Bill Knopf used to sell Scott Joplin banjo tab books on his website, but I'm aware that those are possibly out of print. I'm looking for Maple Leaf Rag & The Entertainer out of that book, any leads to a PDF or hard copy of the book for sale are greatly appreciated!
