Kyle Busch died on Thursday, May 21 at the age of 41. The NASCAR legend was hospitalized earlier in the week with what the motorsport series and his family called a "severe illness." He did not recover.

I was not a big Kyle Busch fan, but in latter years he had started to mellow ...... but thi indeed was a bummer. I read on another site that someone supposedly in the know (but you always hear that) said that he had gotten Pneumonia and once admitted to the hospital he developed sepsis. That makes sense since it was reported that he was throwing up blood after a 911 call was made. Hate it for his family and friends.

he called a doctor to his motor home after the watkins glen race a couple of weeks before. i guess he thought it was just a sinus infection ... went to dover the next week and won the truck race.
i wasn't a huge fan either but my stepson was and its really hurt him.
he met kyle a few times at RCR and was a rowdy fan for nearly 20 years.
