Hey all
I’m trying to figure out that simple banjo intro lick. We are playing it in G .
Not the fancy Don Reno solo.
To me it sounds like a 5 to 6 pull off (3-4 for F) on the B string but the guys I play with say it doesn’t sound right?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you looked in the tab archives? There's a tab of Don Reno playing Big Train and the intro is very simple. Go here and see if that might be something you could work with.
You'll have to have the correct software in order to download, play and print. That can be found here: tabledit.com/tefview/index.shtml
