Yep. I stayed away from them but other Saga dealers did not.
The one Flinthill "Chief" I saw was an RK Scout with a different logo. Any doubt went away when a loose 12 fret block fell out and there was Sonny's signature on the reverse side.

Flinthill is a brand name that Saga uses for lines they do not normally carry. They are sold at a bargain price without warranty and, when gone, they don't come back. A few years later, the name may reappear but the instruments will be from a different supplier.
For that reason, a Flinthill 'anything' is meaningless without a good description and pictures. In this case, the Chief is a notorious banjo that many of us know.
