His website is cancelled but you could try the email or phone to see if some of his family is still selling his material.

Well I found the book! I have the 1983 edition. No cassette tape with it. It's long gone somewhere years ago.

Another member on banjo hangout reached out to me and offered to sell me his. So I purchased it from him and he mailed it to me.
