Morning all!
After a rough start yesterday morning, I found out I did not have a water leak, it was the next door neighbor's sprinkler going off at 4:30 a.m. He thought he had put it on a timer for 4:30 P.M. My plumber came out about noon, checked it out, said there was no leak. Thanked him and told him I'd pay for his time. He said no charge, I didn't do anything. Nice guy!
Found someone to do the yard work yesterday. They came by, looked at the yard and gave me a surprisingly low price. They were able to do it that day. What a difference! What good workers. They mowed, edged, cleaned off debris, ever went out in the alley and got that little patch of grass and weeds.
