Does anyone know if this business is still a going concern? I've left a few messages in the last week, and none were answered. Just was wanting to make a purchase from them.

Well they haven't made banjos in several years.
On the other hand, I have purchased MANY sets of their cryogenic strings in custom gauges, as recently as early this year. I used their website order form, and always got a confirming email from Tom Mirasola. Their strings are very good, any gauge you want, and they're inexpensive.
