Has anyone used one of these racks for banjos? I'm thinking about getting one but not sure how they'll work for banjo. I've got both resonator and open back banjos. I assume resonator will work fine but not sure about open back.

I have that exact rack and it works fine for my resonator banjos - sorry, I don't own any open backs. It's well built, sturdy and IMO safe storage for my banjos. No regrets and recommended.

I have the same rack, I will test it with an open back tomorrow and let you know... You can buy more of the neck holders, as our local store sells extras.. then you could probably hold 7 banjos!

I have several. They work okay for both open back and resonator.They can knock together a bit but are very convenient.

I tested it and it works fine for any 11" open back banjo.
The space on the bottom 2 bars is 9" apart (aka.. a 9" Hole)
