Been a long time fan of Pisgah Banjos business model plus the owner makes trips to my home State of Pa to buy our local hard woods up north .
Got an e-mail and Pisgah is offering 20% off for a Black Friday sale . I think I will buy the Possum model in 12" pot with a case comes to a little over $2000 and with the 20% off that is a $400 savings you rarely see handmade banjo companies doing this . I spoke to them today and the deal does not include ordering a custom model , 6-8 weeks for delivery . Thanks

That is what I thought also so I called and talked to a Will and he stated all banjos are 20% off with the exception of the custom banjos that you can build what you want on their website . Yes it is hard to believe $400 off a handmade banjo . Maybe it is just the economy who knows , I remember buying a Kevin Enoch Tradesman years ago for $750 and now they are over $1500 . Ten years ago I bought a Gold Tone Open Back Banjo for under $200 and now they are almost $1000.00 prices are insane for everything . Average car price in America is now $50,000.00. .
