Description on websites make them sound similar and the sku code is the same. So, are they different, or just a different name?

I just went to check them out because I hadn't heard the Fishman was a copy.

I doubt that the Jones-Hatfield website has intentionally banned access from Canada. Likely just a glitch.

Perhaps you could trying emailing jack@hatfieldmusic.com and asking about this. The website still says that they ship internationally.
