I have no experience with anyone in NH, and someone else might have a great recommendation for you that's closer. But if you don't mind taking a roughly two-hour swing down to greater Boston, Gabe Hirshfeld is a wizard at setups (and just about anything else banjo). If memory serves, he's in Arlington. His Hangout handle is banjo1930.

Also an excellent choice - he's done work on my Hatfield and I've sent students to him for setups. I recommended Gabe because he's closer to the OP.
