Sorry I can't identify it beyond some type of banjo music, but it does remind me of ads we seemingly see more of nowadays ... well into 'em and I'm asking my wife: "Doesn't this ad make you want to buy something?"

There are apps that can help. I tried Google's "Hum a song", but it couldn't identify it- Possibly it's from a free to use site. The source could be embedded in the code, if you know how to do that.

It made me want to purchase.... 100 acres in Montana. I checked the bank. I could get the dress but not the ranch, but I'm not a dress person so I guess I'll noodle around and see if I can figure out the tune.
