The TRYLENAIRES are just the two of us, with banjos.
And what we're thinking of is finding a computer program that will make us backing tracks which we can use during live shows.
Would be NICE to have a bass and a guitar, without having to split our mere pittance of a fee FOUR ways.
Figure we'll just jack the earphone outlet on the laptop into our little amp.
BUT!! Does Band In A Box make savable, retrievable files?
If not, who does?

Yes, you can save files, replay them, change keys, speed, etc. You can even export the to mp3 files and play them on on other devices.
You’ll need some bluegrass RealTracks to get real bass and guitar sounds.
PG Music, the makers, have some really good demos you can view on their site.

You're welcome!
One other thing - once you get what you need you really don't need to upgrade it every year, even though they want you to. I've been several years between upgrades and when I did upgrade really didn't gain anything much.

Thanks, all.
We've bought it.
Looks like fun.
I'll start trying to figure it out, with Y'allTube tutorials & advice from you, beginning Sunday, Feb 2
