Headed to my favorite music venue tonight to see the Jerry Douglas Band at the Boothbay Opera House.
This will be my third time seeing him there.
I'm so glad that my favorite players like to perform in Maine.

Of all the instrumentalists who have ever played Bluegrass music, I think Jerry is the greatest, and I never really cared much for a Dobro. He has done for the Dobro what Scruggs did for the banjo.

Great show last night.
I and 299 others were treated to a fantastic show.Jerry is so easy with an audience. He's so at home entertaining.Stories of travelling around the world with The Whites and his love of the Boothbay Opera House.
He especially praised the sound quality of this old building.
Fiddle,Dobro,Bass and Telecaster were so good I didn't miss the presence of a banjo.
