Always the last Sunday in July (tomorrow). My band "The Country Choir" has supplied the PA and performed there since the late 70s.
Two fiddle contests (Kids and adults),a new band every 1/2 hour or so on a roomy outdoor stage at the base of a 20 acre field with a natural 10-12' rise.
Tim O'Brien played there2 or 3 years ago.He went to college,nearby.
I think we are playing first this year.Starts around Noon.Lots of nice people there.

Beautiful day up there,yesterday.
New $46 tires ran like champs...even in the fast lane between Augusta and Waterville.
After a couple of minutes at 90-93 I put her back in the slow lane which was stuck on 80.
It don't take too long to travel the 20 miles between Waterville and Augusta these days.
