I'd like to jam before I jam in person. I'd like to practice falling off and hopping back in, quickly changing tunings etc..
So far I like oldtimejam.com but are there any others out there anyone could recommend?

oldtimefiddletunes.net/ - standard notation and play along.
stringband.mossyroof.com/ - tab and play along.
Strummachine.com - 5 dollars a month and can be played at any tempo you like.

I've found youtube can be an okay source. Either backing tracks or clips of jams at places like clifftop. If it's a bit too fast I can slow it down to 0.9 or 0.8, though the sound suffers.

Thank you. Here's one I found this morning. It lets me download the song and add it to my music player on my phone. Most songs have a slow version and a fast version. Most are in fiddle but that's fine, I can play along with it. I can download on my computer too.

I'll check those other websites out too.

Well, you asked for it in your headline. Try this: oldtimejam.com/
It provides various options for backup.
