Back in August of 2022, I posted here about my "Banjo Tunes with Linked Tabs" playlist on my YouTube channel. The original post (banjohangout.org/topic/385133) has been pinned to the top of this forum for easy access.



At the time of the OP, I had 50 videos in the playlist (all me playing banjo). Today, I added my 100th video--a goal I have been shooting for since I started this project.

The repertoire is a mix of various songs and tunes, some traditional and some more contemporary, and I play in various styles including clawhammer, 2F, old timey 3F, and some up-picking.  It's a grab bag of pretty much whatever struck my fancy at a given moment. Each video has a link to a tab that is stored here on the Banjo Hangout.

A huge thank you to everyone who has commented, liked, subscribed, lurked, and most importantly, has gotten something useful from this project. Your feedback certainly has propelled me forward in reaching the goal of 100 videos.  If I have created something that will feed and nuture traditional banjo playing, now and in the future, then I am more than gratified by the fruits of this effort.

I will continue adding to the playlist as the mood strikes, but I have other YouTube banjo projects/videos that I want to move to the front burner for now. I ain't done yet!

Can't thank you enough. I have learnt 'The Blackest Crow', actually started using a metronome to help improve my playing for the first time. Now starting on Walking Boss'. I also used your playing of 'Bol Weevil blues' to inform and embellish the version I already played. I will be going back to this resource for years. Thanks again.
