I met his family at cliff top when he was early teens plus or minus--- once I ---Saw him on wood songs same show as Noam--
Was wondering about his status the other day--
these 2 vids show he has gotten about as good as possible with a banjo --wonderful music

Yes that "Longa Farahfaza" is terrific. (I'd give my right nut to play so well.)
Recently there was a post on this forum by someone saying he was bored with clawhammer/old time. These pieces by Mr. Furtado demonstrate perfectly the incredible range of musical possibilities one might explore on the banjo, limited only by one's imagination and motivation.
