I found this site of tabs of J.D. Crowe's playing.cs.cmu.edu/~jcm/pub-tabs.html
I am trying to get I'M Going That Way and trying to figure a D lick.
Sure do miss J.D. Sonny, & Earl.

Must be an old listing. I just tried several different ones and either they aren't listed or there is just information on where to go to find the tab.

Hi Ken,, Russell Sawler on his “Bluegrass Outlet” website might have it - he’s done numerous J.D. tabs. You have to email him for the tab list first though, just follow his links.

Maybe I was expecting too much and surprised when there were no tabs available. Hopefully, it will help some of the members.

Crowe sent me that version in the Tab Book. one problem, He never played any tune the same way 2 times in his life. As he told me I play whatever comes to mind at that particular moment. I think Ron Stewart would agree with that statement

If you are looking for JD Crowe tab, I heartily recommend Russell Sawler, a very talented transcriptionist. bluegrassoutlet.com/
if you go to his page and hit "Tab Books", you will find 7 books of JD Crowe solos. He also sells the individual tunes, for, I think $2-3 each. If you look at his other offerings, you will see that top players have them transcribe their stuff.
Also, he's a very nice guy.
