Does anyone know whether Ozark Banjo Co.'s on-line lessons are on-going? Their presence on social media seems extremely quiet, and there doesn't seem to be a way to check it out w/o signing up.

Why not send an email asking about lessons?

I suppose because any business will say the equivalent of, "come on in, the waters fine." I'd like to hear from one of their customers.

@remsleep
Sorry. I misunderstood your post. I thought you wanted to know if lessons were still available.

As far as I can tell, there hasn't been an updated lesson added for almost 7 months.

Ozark Banjo Co. is Lukas Pool and his wife Eden. They have a very young child and live on an Arkansas farm. No telling what their situation is.

Yes, after a pretty long gap.

I really admire Lukas as a player, and I enjoyed taking classes with him at one of the camps before the Scourge. I would happily spend money with him if his program were up and running, but it appears, pace @bpeterson11, that it's not. I also noticed that Lukas and Eden aren't on rosters for a bunch of the camps at which they used to appear. If they had gone behind a Patreon paywall or similar, that would be one thing, but that doesn't seem to be the case

I used their lesson platform for about a year or so and felt that I progressed nicely with the lessons. There is a pretty good amount of content with stuff for all playing levels. There were new lessons added from time to time, but it wasn't what I would call often.
I will probably go back at some point now that I have a bit more experience and can tackle some of the more difficult tunes.
If you haven't tried them out, I'd say it's definitely worth $20 to check out even if you split after the first month.
